E-Call Letter Details
- E-call letter download link will be live on RRB Chandigarh official website 4 days prior to DV date
- Portal for uploading scanned original documents will be live 15 days prior to DV date
- Upload education, caste, NOC, experience and other relevant certificates as single PDF including certificate valid on application date and current valid certificate
- Keep scanned copies in Google Drive or pen drive also
- Carry printout of E-call letter and preferably two original valid photo IDs like Aadhaar, PAN, EPIC, Passport, DL or any Government ID
- No fresh e-call letter will be issued for block date
Medical Examination Process
- Medical memo will be generated in two foils after DV and Rs 24 fee will be collected from verified candidates
- Medical examination will be held at nominated Railway Hospital on next working days after DV
- Candidates should be prepared to stay more than four days for DV and medical examination at own cost
- Carry only original valid and current photo ID proof to hospital, no facility to keep belongings
- No fees to be paid at hospital for medical examination except rare investigations like CT scan, ultrasound or refractive eye surgery tests if facility unavailable
Important Instructions
- Candidature is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage
- Being shortlisted or called for DV and medical examination does not guarantee appointment
- Reach well in time and check roll number in seating plan displayed at venue
- Candidates absent on scheduled date may appear on block date only with valid reason such as University or Government examination or illness
- Candidate absent on both scheduled date and block date will forfeit candidature
- Selection is based solely on merit through fully computerized process
