The notice dated 16-10-2026 announces the schedule for the 3rd round of Document Verification and Medical Examination for the shortlisted candidates. SMS and email alerts are being sent to registered mobile and email IDs for downloading the e-call letter from the RRB website.

• All original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size as detailed in CEN and e-call letter
• Six passport size colour photographs
• E-call letter downloaded from RRB website
• Relevant affidavit if spelling variation in name or father's name between application and certificates

• Upload required documents on RRB Document Verification portal within the specified window
• No additional time will be given for failure to produce original certificates or affidavit on scheduled date
• Medical examination will be held on the next day of DV at a Railway hospital to be intimated
• Come prepared to stay for 3 to 5 days for DV and medical examination
• Candidature is purely provisional and liable to be cancelled for any inconsistency or deficiency
• Beware of touts offering false promises of selection on illegal consideration
