- Download e-call letter from RRB website using SMS/email alert sent to registered contact
- Upload clear scanned images of all documents (front and back), colour passport photo, and signature on RRB Document Verification Portal
- Portal active from 10 days before DV date and closes on DV date
- Failure to report on scheduled or block date leads to rejection of candidature
